Yes! All of our classes are for all levels, including beginners. Deb, the instructor, is extremely descriptive and teaches the classes for all levels. Classes include modifications or advancements, setting all students up safely and providing a good baseline for any yoga practice.
Bring yourself in comfortable clothes that you can easily move in. Bring water to drink, and yoga mat, and of course your laptop or phone. If you are coming to a fitness class, bring weights or bands of you have them. If not, don’t worry; still come!
These classes are designed for adults of all fitness levels. Children over 6 who can listen and follow instructions for extended periods of time are also welcome to join in.
Classes are located in the comfort of your home or in any locations that serves you. These are distanced live online yoga classes through Zoom, and any location is the perfect location!
